TEMPORARY SOLUTION OF ABANDONED BABIES
Problem of abandoned babies is becoming more serious. This case raises concerns for all parties. Many cases have been reported on abandoned new born babies. Where the baby normally discarded on garbage, toilets, in the rivers, and so on. solution to this problem needs to be done as smoothly, so that it cannot continue to spread and become more serious.
To solve the case of dumping a baby in Malaysia, there are several points of the protection of infants were established. one of the NGOs of the NGO has opened up the place. this is intended to provide protection to the mother and baby to be born. are not directly reduce the problems of abortion and baby dumping.This will place the care and treatment of infants born to women involved in perfect condition. This place also serves as a body that manages the process of adoption to families in need. Shahrizat Abdul Jalil the minister of Women, Family and Community Development told a local newspaper that the service, to be offered by the NGO OrphanCARE, would give desperate mothers an alternative to abandoning or killing their babies.
“We must not allow ourselves to be held prisoner to the belief that baby hatches encourage premarital sex.”the New Sunday Times also quoted her as saying.
“OrphanCARE - supported by the Ministry of Family, Women and Community Development to help distraught young pregnant girls save the innocent babies, rather than just throw them at the most "convenient" places. OrphanCare is located at 6, Jalan SS1/24A, Kampung Tunku, Petaling Jaya. That solutions can be done is to tighten the law on removal of child and sex before marriage. This measures are made to bring awareness to the community not to abandoned their babies. They will think a lot before doing something, because the actions that will affect themselves. their actions to remove the baby is doing the same with murder.The Malaysian Cabinet recently announced that all cases of abandoned babies in the country will be classified as murder. Now in an attempt to clarify the official position of the government, Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said that the police must investigate every case of baby abandonment before a decision could be taken by Attorney-General to classify a case as murder. So, this does not mean that all cases of abandoned babies will surely be classified as murder.
“We decided that the police investigate and use modern technique such as the DNA test to identify the parents. Subsequently, depending on the case, the Attorney-General will decide whether to make a murder charge or take any other action deemed fit.” Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak told the media.

First of all, sex is a natural process of development that exists in every human being, but many parents are less keen to talk about sex openly with their children. This is because for the elderly, the issue of sex is one thing that does not need to know the children. Actually, sex education is not meant to destroy the values of society or culture, but it serves to teach young people about sex education in a way that not only reflect the values of family and community, but also can improve the continuity of culture.
Although, the government has proposed to create a sex education subject in school has invited a variety of reactions from parents and the community. As a parents, it is important to understand the depth of sex education to their children to prevent their teens involved in sexual abuse in their lives. The aims of the government is to provide these subjects is to give exposure to students on matters related to sexuality and anatomy of the human body. This is to prevent social ills among teenagers, especially rape, for instance, adultery and thus can reduce the abandoned babies case that has spread to the major problems of the country.
Nowadays, we hear cases of abandoned babies every day. Therefore, as a society, we should have realized the importance of sex education, especially to teenagers. INTRODUCTION
The abandoned babies in Malaysia is a biggest and important issues. We should know and carrying that issues for avoid the abandoned babies happen. Can you imaging that how important to care about this issues. For information, nowadays, we can hear so many news about the desperate mothers want to abandoning or killing their babies because they are ashamed with the matter was happen. For example, they leave their babies behind the dustbin, throw their babies in the river and so on. So, because of this, we are excited to discuss about this problem.
From BERNAMA, The Malaysian National News Agency KUALA LUMPUR, April 7 (Bernama) Selangor have registered the highest number of abandoned baby cases in the country since 2005, compared with other states, the Dewan Rakyat heard today.Apart from Selangor 105 cases, 83 abandoned baby cases were registered in Johor, Sabah (65), Sarawak (34), Negeri Sembilan (24), Penang (22), Perak (19), Pahang (17), Kedah (17), Kelantan (10), Terengganu (5), Melaka (3), Kuala Lumpur (2) and Perlis (1). The total amount of abandoned baby cases in Malaysia are 407 cases.
