Problem of abandoned babies is becoming more serious. This case raises concerns for all parties. Many cases have been reported on abandoned new born babies. Where the baby normally discarded on garbage, toilets, in the rivers, and so on. solution to this problem needs to be done as smoothly, so that it cannot continue to spread and become more serious.
To solve the case of dumping a baby in Malaysia, there are several points of the protection of infants were established. one of the NGOs of the NGO has opened up the place. this is intended to provide protection to the mother and baby to be born. are not directly reduce the problems of abortion and baby dumping.This will place the care and treatment of infants born to women involved in perfect condition. This place also serves as a body that manages the process of adoption to families in need. Shahrizat Abdul Jalil the minister of Women, Family and Community Development told a local newspaper that the service, to be offered by the NGO OrphanCARE, would give desperate mothers an alternative to abandoning or killing their babies.
“We must not allow ourselves to be held prisoner to the belief that baby hatches encourage premarital sex.”the New Sunday Times also quoted her as saying.
“OrphanCARE - supported by the Ministry of Family, Women and Community Development to help distraught young pregnant girls save the innocent babies, rather than just throw them at the most "convenient" places. OrphanCare is located at 6, Jalan SS1/24A, Kampung Tunku, Petaling Jaya. For years we have read of gruesome stories about newborns whose mothers - with nowhere and no one to turn to - discard them in dumpsters, toilets and forests, to be eaten alive by ants, bitten by rats and other rodents.”( By Firdaus Helmy and Mariam Abbas)
That solutions can be done is to tighten the law on removal of child and sex before marriage. This measures are made to bring awareness to the community not to abandoned their babies. They will think a lot before doing something, because the actions that will affect themselves. their actions to remove the baby is doing the same with murder.The Malaysian Cabinet recently announced that all cases of abandoned babies in the country will be classified as murder. Now in an attempt to clarify the official position of the government, Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said that the police must investigate every case of baby abandonment before a decision could be taken by Attorney-General to classify a case as murder. So, this does not mean that all cases of abandoned babies will surely be classified as murder.
“We decided that the police investigate and use modern technique such as the DNA test to identify the parents. Subsequently, depending on the case, the Attorney-General will decide whether to make a murder charge or take any other action deemed fit.” Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak told the media.
Abandoned babies problem can also be done with exposure to the use of contraceptives. Problem of pregnancy might solute when use of condoms, pills, injections, and so on. While it can reduce the problem of abandoned new born baby.
Beside that, this problem can be resolved through disclosure of sex education in school. Sex education is able to contain the problem of dumping babies and sex among teenagers. In sex education they will have more knowledge in problem pregnancies. Otherwise they will be more respect and love themselves more involved in sexual activity before marriage. Sex education also provides knowledge on their way to prevent pregnancy.
Hai Khuzaifah, I agree with the government which has imposed sanctions on the couple who had been throwing, leaving or killing babies received free sex from their activities. I think the sentence to death is very appropriate to the treatment of those who have caused loss of lives of innocent babies.

With the existence of solution this, baby that left behind can be given protection, primary care for those experience health problem and so on make baby life that comfortable because with the existence of perfect care.
